Terms and Conditions

Rates 
Negotiable depending on nature and location of assignment. 

Coverage
Assignments lasting longer than one and a half hours may require two interpreters working as a team.
Differential rates for platform, legal, or otherwise more demanding assignments will be negotiated at the time a request is made. Concerts and performances are negotiated per assignment and not per hour.

Reimbursable Charges
Mileage: GSA mileage rates apply.
Travel: Jobs over 100 miles are portal to portal.

Cancellations and No-Shows
A cancellation made less than two business days before the beginning of the assignment will be billed at the regular rate.
Assignments extending more than two days in length will only be charged for the two-day period.
No-Shows are billed without exception.

Inclement Weather
Assignments will be cancelled without cost only when the local authorities have officially declared a weather emergency. If the requesting party cancels without an official weather emergency, all hours will be billed unless otherwise negotiated.

Payment Terms
Net 30 days from the invoice date.
